Is the will power is Muscle who need exercise?
Can we improve our will power?

Researchers found that mind needs exercise to improve or to strengthen Muscle of the brain.
Brain is just like Muscle who get tired after using it. To make it in working condition we need mind Muscle exercise.
There are several ways in which one can strengthen the brain as strengthen the muscle.



10 Minute of meditation, mediating gave you training to focus and resist with your brain. After 2-3 days of training with meditation one’s brain will able to give more focus and energy to the brain.
Sit straight in office and in home too, researcher said that it looks simple to sit but it takes a great will power to do. They said that whenever you find yourself slouching they have to correct their posture in straight sitting. This will strengthen the will power too.
Maintain a food Diary , list all the healthy and nutritional food in the diary and eat accordingly. Avoid the food which is not mentioned in the diary. The control on food and following the things mentioned on diary will increase your capability to resist temptation.
One can add one thing in your routine. Add one suggestion in your daily routine and work on it to improve your will power.
This is the exercise which helps you to strengthen Muscle of brain.
