Workout for Belly and Shoulders

A 15-minute workout will give you a perfect body shape. It will shape up your shoulder and bally too. This workout will improve your conditioning. It also give attention to every muscle of your body. It will be difficult in start but over time/days you will enjoy this workout. After week it will be added into your routine workout.
This workout starts with its position. For position have carpet on floor and lay done on it. Flat your back with your feet on ground and place your feet on the bench in relaxing mood at 90 degree angle. Place your feet 3-inch apart from the bench and connect your feet with their toe.


In 2nd step put your both hands under your head and keep them crossed.


Now excel and start slowly begin to row your shoulders of the floor. Your shoulders should be came up almost 4-inch from the ground whereas your lower back should be at floor.


 After that at the top of the movement hold your breath and inhale all slowly and place your back at your starting position.



Repeat these 40-times This will shape up your body and give attention to every muscle of the body.
