Pose 1 Sit on the floor with straight legs.

Pose 2 bend your legs.Place your right ankle over the inner ankle of your left foot


Choose hand positions among one of these.



And take a long breath in side.

Avoid practicing this pose if you have a knee injury or sciatica. Also avoid this pose if you have recently had hip surgery. If your hips or low back are very tight or painful, it might be difficult to cross your legs. Never force the pose.
