Everybody likes to be in
good shape
because those who are not they are considered lazy, dull and ugly (to
be honest). Because now-a-day it has become a fashion to be slim, smart
and to be in perfect shape. There was a time when a bit fat people were
considered good looking but things have changed a lot now. So I will
tell you how you can get a perfect body shape.
1: Drink Water
Drink plenty of water. Keeping your body hydrated is the key point in
getting a flatter stomach. It will also give you a healthier digestive
system. Water helps to regulate body temperature, transports nutrients
to cells, and rids the body of waste materials.
2: Smaller Portion
By eating smaller portion throughout the day will help you in get you
a perfect body shape. It will help your body to digest more easily
which will help in achieving a flatter stomach and a smaller waistline.
Too much eating is not just bad for your health but also for you
digestive system. Your body would have to work more to digest your food
as compared to if you eat small portion of your food. So, try to avoid
eating without thinking about your health and eat as little as you can.
3: Omega-3 fatty acids
If you will use omega-3 fatty acids in your daily food it will
decrease inflammation, reduce risk of obesity, regulate metabolism rate
and will help tone your tummy. Avocados, ground flax seeds, tuna,
Salmon, walnuts, soybeans, shrimp, Brussels sprouts are all good sources
of Omega 3 Fatty Acids.
4: Avoid Artificial Sweetener’s
Stay away from soda, cold drinks, gums and all other foods that
contain artificial sweeteners. If you will use these food items it will
only add air in your stomach and you won’t be able to get a perfect body
shape. So you must avoid these things if you want to have a flat tummy.
5: Exercise
Yes exercise and by exercise I didn’t mean that you have to lift
heavy weight or go to gym. No, I am keeping my promise. You won’t have
to go to gym or do heavy lifting to get in a perfect body shape. You
only have to go for a walk 3 times a week for 30 minutes. You go with
your friends and with your boyfriend/girlfriend. This way you will get
more time with your friends.
Someone once told me if you want to achieve something in your life
you will have to loss something. For greater good, comes great
sacrifice. I am not asking you to sacrifice something. But if you want
to be seen as an attractive person in society this is something you will
have to follow these things. I will guarantee, you will get a perfect
