Symptoms of Food Addiction
there are many symptoms which make someone Food addict. to control your food addiction one has to control and has to understand the motivation behind the food addiction. if one is successful to control it he will be succeeded and he will control his diet and weight as well.here are some motivations who lead towards the food addiction:
- Cravings even after having food. Some times you have a feel to eat more even though you have done with food this habit lead toward the food addiction.
- Eat more than you planned to. Sometimes you have plan something to eat in a planned quantity but when its taste according to your choice then you eat more than you planned to eat.
- Eat in anticipation of Feeling extremely “Stuffed”.
- Making up Excuses in your head to have that food for which you have decided to quit.
- Lose self control for a specific food.
- To hide consumption from others often people prefer to eat at alone. To feel ashamed in front of people we try to eat it alone and resultant we eat more than our usual eat.
- Unable to change eating habit despite they know they have physical problems. Sometime we know that we have health issue we have to ignore specific type of food but still we do not ignore and eat more. we have less self control.
