To gain a good health is almost everybody’s aim but due to lack of information many of us can’t achieve that aim. Today I will you how you can get healthy body with the help of nutrition. First of all let me tell you what nutrition really is.
Nutrition is a process of providing your body or obtaining the food necessary for health and growth. Use of good nutrition can help you prevent many diseases and promote your health. Nutrition which your body needs to acquire from food is protein, carbohydrates, fat, fiber, vitamins and minerals and water.


Protein

Protein supplies amino acids which is necessary to build healthy body tissue. Our body needs 20 amino acids in the right amount to function properly. Don’t worry guys 12 amino acids are manufactured in the body other 8 amino acids must be provided by diet. Foods from animal sources like milk and eggs often contain all the essential amino acids while a variety of plant products must be taken together to provide all these necessary protein components.


Fat

Fat supplies energy and transports nutrients. Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids are essential for our body. These acids are very important for our body in order to work properly. Omega-3 fatty acid can be obtained from canola oil, flaxseed oil, cold-water fish, or fish oil. Primrose or black currant  seed oil, contain omega-6 fatty acids. Oils that contain Omega-3 are recommended to help reduce many diseases like cardiovascular and cancer.


Carbohydrates

Carbohydrate nutrition is the body’s main source of energy and should be the major part of daily intake. There are only two types of carbohydrates which are simple carbohydrates and complex carbohydrates. Simple carbohydrates can be obtained by sugar and honey and complex carbohydrates from grains, beans, peas, or potatoes. Foods that contain complex carbohydrates are more nutritious and yet have fewer calories per gram compared to fat and cause fewer problems with overeating than fat or sugar.


Fiber

Fiber is the material that gives plants texture and support. Despite the fact that it is principally comprised of starches, it doesn’t have a great deal of calories and is generally not separated by the body for vitality. Dietary fiber is found in plant nourishments, for example, organic products, vegetables, legumes, nuts, and whole grains.
Fiber nutrition has two types: soluble and insoluble. Insoluble fiber, as the name infers, does not break down in water on the grounds that it contains high measure of cellulose. Insoluble fiber can be found in the barn of grains, the pulp of fruit and the skin of vegetables. Solvent fiber is the sort of fiber that breaks up in water. It can be found in different variety of fruits and vegetables, for example, apple, oatmeal and oat bran, rye flour, and dried beans.


Water

Drink plenty of water. Water helps to regulate body temperature, transports nutrients to cells, and rids the body of waste materials.
