1: Barbell bench press

Follow this instruction when doing this chest workout.
Grab a pair of dumbbell and lie on the bench on your back. Hold the dumbbell with your arms fully extended directly above your chest. Bring down the dumbbells gradually to the sides of your midsection, tucking your elbows near to your body so they make a 45-degree point in the base position. Delay and after that press the dumbbells back to the beginning position.
